Add team members who should respond to messages from Members

Go to your profile and tap Add/Invite Employees:

  1. Toggle to 'Add Employees' 
  2. Enter the first and last name
  3. The username defaults to the first name, but enter a different name if you want
  4. Tap 'Add Employee'
New employees sign-in with:
  • your business phone number (Your Business phone number)
  • their username
  • the default password 'riptide'
